For our Customer Service team at our location in Maastricht we are immediately looking for a Customer Service Representative (fulltime).

The main office of the Business Unit is situated in Maastricht with production locations in the Netherlands, the USA and in various locations throughout Asia. In Maastricht some 200 people are employed. As of February 2022 Fenzi AGT is part of the Fenzigroup, a world class player in glass industry.

The function:
As a Customer Service Representative you maintain and build strong and stable relationships with our international customers, by offering service, reliability, transparency, timeliness and high-quality products.

Your tasks include:
• Act as the first point of contact for the customer, building a relationship of trust with customers.
• Proactively approaching customers, discussing status of sales orders, sales forecasts, technical requests, sample requests, quotations, etc.
• Representing the customer within our organization, internal monitoring of sales orders, other customer questions and complaints with various teams / officials.
• "First time right" entering sales orders, monitoring sales order process.
• Keep up-to-date and document all records of service activities.
• Mutual exchange of information with our Sales Team.

In this position, you report to the Customer Service Manager.

Your profile:
• MBO(+)/HBO working and thinking level, with several years of experience in a similar position.
• You are customer and service oriented and have good communication skills.
• You are a pro-active team player with an eye for detail and a highly developed sense of ownership.
• You speak and write Dutch and English at a professional level.
