GAP Announces Three New Hires

Date: 6 March 2015

Graham Architectural Products (GAP) is pleased to announce the addition of three new associates: Warren Conrad, Brian Sourber and Michael Mostris.   Conrad is our new assembly supervisor, Orange Line.

As the Orange Line supervisor, Conrad will plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

For the past eight years, Conrad has owned A.S.A.P. Glass and Mirror in Red Lion, PA. Prior to that, he was a heavy equipment operator for American Infrastructure.

Conrad obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in business from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a member of the Community Emergency Response Team and is OSHA-certified for construction safety and health.

Conrad brings experience in scheduling, setting priorities, product knowledge and problem-solving.

Meanwhile, Sourber has joined GAP in the position of production planner/buyer in the Production Control department. In this role, Sourber will plan and prepare production schedules for manufacturing, as well as assist buyers in the procurement and distribution of materials.

As a GAP intern this past summer, Sourber worked on warehouse management, capacity planning, and purchasing overview. He has now graduated from Shippensburg University where he majored in supply chain management.

Mostris is now assistant project manager. In his new role, he will assist with parts orders, delivery slip submittals and general communication with our internal and external customers to ensure projects are accurate and on time.

Mostris started at GAP in March of 2012 in the machine room and more recently worked part-time in the production control department.
