Tecglass is one of the leading companies that design and develop a range of innovative Digital Printers for the glass industry.

This printer supersedes traditional decoration systems such as screen printing etc. by offering fast & efficient means of applying graphic designs, high quality images etc. directly onto glass.

The printers contain the latest 6 color ceramic inkjet heads, which have an internal recirculation system that always keeps them ready for work, thereby avoiding any print defects. This machine is suitable for all indoor & outdoor applications and large-scale architectural projects.

Tecglass is available in 2 models – the Vitrojet and Vitrojet MT. The Vitrojet prints on glass from widths 2.4m to 12m, with a Print Resolution of 1440 x 720 dpi and an immense Print speed of up to 90 Sqm/hour. The major difference between the Vitrojet and Vitrojet MT is that the MT has a moving table to carry the glass for the entire process, whereas the Vitrojet has a suction cup technology to lift the glass.

These printers have a patented ink recirculation system called the Tecglass ink flow technology (TIFT) that avoids cleaning the print heads daily. This saves you time, Ceramic ink and keeps the print heads ready to fire whenever you need. The Tecglass Printing Process is swift & efficient, and always delivers remarkable results. It has a few short steps - Image processing, Cleaning the glass, Digital printing, Drying, Tempering and Additional finishing. Tempering the glass at 620-650 degrees Celsius after printing is a significant step as Ceramic ink cures at this temperature and the ink becomes part of the glass. This ensures that the print lasts a lifetime!

In this day and age, most companies have to compete in an increasingly globalized market place and are thus looking for innovative technologies to help them surge ahead of competition. Arrow and Tecglass have combined their widespread knowledge of Digital Printing & the Glass Industry to design this Ceramic Glass Printer which will help you gain a Competitive Advantage in the Glass Printing Market.
