Riccardo Mollo appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Permasteelisa Group

Riccardo Mollo is the new Chief Executive Officer of the Permasteelisa Group, member of the LIXIL Group and worldwide leader in the design, production and installation of architectural envelopes with a turnover of approximately € 1.5 billion and a network of over 50 companies spanning 30 countries.

Unanimously appointed by the Board of directors of the Permasteelisa Group chaired by Davide Croff, Riccardo Mollo, 57 years old, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, joined the Group in January 2015 as Chief Operating Officer, after gaining extensive experience in Project Management developing industrial plants in Iran, China, the USA, Taiwan and Sweden, mainly in the Oil&Gas sector.

In particular, from 2001 to 2004 he has been CEO of "Alliances", the Strategic Business Unit of Technip, a world leading Engineering Contractor and afterwards, from 2004 and 2005, Managing Director of Technip in Brazil, at the time when the biggest deepwater drilling rig was built.

Before joining Permasteelisa, Mollo has been General Manager of Autostrade per l’Italia until 2014 and member of the Board of directors of several subsidiaries of the Group.

Riccardo Mollo succeeds Nicola Greco, Chief Executive Office of the Group from 2006 to 17 February 2016, to lead Permasteelisa.

The Board of directors wishes to thank Nicola Greco for the work done over these years, when the Group's turnover has grown from € 1,096 million in 2006 to € 1,409 in 2014, despite the crisis affecting the construction sector in Italy and many other countries of the world.
