The individual award for effectiveness and leadership, presented to five company executives from among the affiliated companies each year, has gone to HR manager Juan Carlos Correa. And one of the five group awards for success in creating safer working conditions was presented to the Lirquén plant safety committee.

Both awards received extensive national coverage on television and in the press.
