Multi- Glass announced today the appointment of Alain Lambert as Vice Chairman of the Company. Mr. Lambert has been a director since July 1999.

Multi-Glass also announces that Robert Fellows, President of the Company, has been appointed as a director of the Company.

"These appointments are consistent with our strategy of continuing to strengthen the base upon which the Company's growth objective can occur", said
Keith F. Eaman, Chairman of the Company.

Multi-Glass also announces that Mr. Steve Landry has resigned from the board of directors. The Company wishes to point out Mr. Landry's contribution to the Company over the last two years.
