Extention of GLASSMAN factory

Last 2009 we realized the turnover more than RMB 30,000,000. With the acceptance of the quality of Glassman by customers around the world, the reputation of Glassman is well known in the world, orders are increased by 10% every year while current product capacity cannot meet the ever increasing demand. In order to serve customer better, company decided to extend factory.



Total project includes a new workshop, a dormitory, a canteen and office building extension. Project starts from the early of this year, now the main workshop, dormitory and canteen is already completed, office building is also going to be finished.



Now the total area of Glassman factory reaches 10000㎡, 5 workshops, they are welding, metal plate, Machining, assembling and electric, clean and tidy, spacious and bright.



Dormitory is located in living area, is a separate space. It is a three-floor building, the first floor is for married employees, one family can apply an apartment and live together. Others rooms are for single employees. All rooms are light and airy, with air conditioners and heaters. After a whole day’s working, workers could enjoy a own time in their private space.



After rebuilding, the total area of canteen reaches 300㎡, can accommodate 100 persons in same time, with fine inner decoration, tidy and clean. Company invited famous cook, who can cook many delicious dishes, rational nutrition. Workers can order what dish they like, sometimes they can have their home cooking.



The structure of office building is metal and glass. All glass is processed by GLASSMAN own machines. On the top floor there is a 100 ㎡ sunny room, this structure is good for lighting, also with the good heating function.



Total project is going to be end of this year, after reconstruction factory production capacity can reach 200 CNC machines, Glassman would receive a new splendid with new face.
