With the working of electricity, liquid crystal on PDLC film will change between two different states. With electricity on, liquid crystal is arranged orderly under the work of an electric field. So, light can pass through and PDLC film will perform clear state. With electricity off and liquid crystal in disorderly arrangement, PDLC film will show a white opaque state.

Under it, the lamination success rate will get decreased and problem like bubble, de – lamination will happen. In this way, it is crucial to have a kind of eva film with lower processing temperature to work with it.

This type of film could be a great solution to solve this problem. Its processing temperature is 110 ℃, while that of traditional eva film is 130 ℃. It is the best choice for switchable glass lamination.

Its adhesion with PDLC film is neither too strong nor too weak .  If it is too strong , PDLC film will get a strong  tensile force from eva film  , which is of a devastaing effect.  If it is too weak, de – lamination problem will appear.

Laminated glass with white or black opaque eva film usually is used in places, like decoration walls, desktops, balustrades, and so on. They are all thermoset material, which ensures they keep a stable inner structure and will no risk for outdoor use.

Due to its high transparency, its laminated glass will perform a high definition. What’s more, it is a thermoset material and will form a three-dimensional inner structure after lamination, which would be stable enough to overcome all kinds of problems, like de-lamination, yellow turning, haze appearance, and so on.
