Walcott earned a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Syracuse University and holds an MBA from Wichita State University. After serving honorably in the U.S. Air Force as a logistics support officer, Walcott held roles of increasing responsibility in marketing and product management. She has experience in consumer and B-to-B marketing, as well as a familiarity in building products and manufacturing.
