Year 2012 was full of interesting projects for SGE. From the company start 2009 we have faced economically challenging operating environment as the recession has deeply affected the safety glass industry.

Nevertheless with dedication, real expertise and unique expert services range we have developed each year in leaps. This has materialized in various forms –Let's sum up what we have achieved and how our customers have rated our services. During the past year we:


  • Opened new headquarters in Tampere -The Glass Capital of The World

  • Provided expert services for leading international glass industry players for safety glass processors as well as carmakers

  • Gained new reference clients such as Guardian Automotive and Yorim and Mirit Glas

  • Entered successfully new local markets in Middle-East, South-America and Asia

  • Trained and advised more than 150 glass industry professionals over the year


Throughout the year we collected customer feedback from all our larger training groups to learn how we performed and did the trainings meet customer needs and last but not least enable us efficiently develop our services further. Our overall participant satisfaction rate was 8,25 (on a scale 1-10, where 10 represents excellent) of all trainings conducted during 2012.
