VITRUM 2013 opens doors to the world of Mecha-Tronika 2013

The relationship between VITRUM 2013 – International Exhibition specialized in machinery, equipment and systems for flat and hollow glass, glass and finished products for industry – and MECHA-TRONIKA 2013 – trade show focused on industrial robots, automation, control systems and embedded electronics, grows even stronger.      Vitrum and Mecha-Tronika open some new doors for visitors: free online pre-registration for one of the events allows visitors access to both, simplifying entrance to the exhibit areas.

The synergy between the two shows, already apparent in the planning stages, takes on added significance.

Coinciding with Vitrum, held October 23 - 26 at Fiera Milano Rho, in pavilion 15, adjacent to the pavilions hosting the glass industry, Mecha-Tronika will offer exhibits of systems and technologies designed to optimize management of machinery, systems and production processes. A symbiosis of electronic and information technology applied to mechanics, mechatronics make it possible to optimize the management component of automated and logistic cycles, simulate processes and the results of processing, monitor the production chain and its quality, and raise work and sustainability standards.

All solutions that are perfectly aligned with the machinery, equipment and special products for glass processing offered at Vitrum to international buyers who, for four days, will fill the halls of the exhibition. Vitrum 2013 will host the most innovative products for the many applications of flat glass, sophisticated technologies in the areas of industrial glass, architectural glass, and glass for home furnishings, with special emphasis on energy-saving technologies and the use of renewable energy. This partnership allows two highly complementary exhibitions to offer even greater satisfaction to visitors who arrive with already high expectations.

Entrance is free but prior online registration is required,

Visitors' hours: October 23 - 25, 2013: 9.30 am to 6 pm; Saturday October 26, 2013: 9.30 am to 5 pm.
