Care for employees and strategic human resources management are the key foundations of Steklarna Hrastnik's success, along with innovation and the care for product quality. Over the past three years, we have invested a great deal in our employees. We introduced an internal mentoring system to pass knowledge among the employees. Each new employee goes through a carefully guided training process. We have developed a horizontal promotion system, an annual appraisal system, and we are stimulating the employees further by rewarding their performance. We have a special programme of preventive education for employees in motion due to the complexity of work, to prevent exhaustion at the workplace. This year we will already be sending our tenth and eleventh group of employees on a preventive vacation of this kind. We place great emphasis on coordination of private and business life. We take care of development of key personnel.
