REHAU is launching a new Authorised Partner scheme for fabricators and installers registered on the Dealer Locator section of its new consumer website.

Open to both trade and retail customers, the free scheme will allow qualifying businesses to display what it is hoped will become an instantly recognisable REHAU Authorised Partner logo and to have their own landing page accessed directly from the website. This is the first time that REHAU has operated such a scheme and the company believes that it has the potential to prove a key commercial differentiator for its customers in the retail sector. Wolfgang Gorner, Business Unit Director for the REHAU Window Division, said: “REHAU is promoting its consumer website through a sustained on and off line marketing campaign and we are seeing a very significant increase in the number of consumers both visiting and then enquiring via the site. “The Dealer Locator service allows consumers to type in their postcode and receive a list of REHAU fabricators and installers operating in their area. With the launch of our new scheme, all of these fabricators and installers will be able to display the REHAU Authorised Partner logo and consumers will be able to make the direct connection between REHAU as the systems supplier and our customers as either the manufacturer or installer.

“We are encouraging consumers to look for the Authorised Partner logo when choosing a supplier of REHAU windows and doors either on or off line, and of course are also encouraging customers to display the logo not just on their website but also on all their literature, signage and vehicle livery.” REHAU Authorised Partners will also be able to access a new on line Dealer Locator landing page service which REHAU is launching to coincide with the scheme. This gives customers access to a standardised web page template linked directly to the REHAU website at www.rehau.co.uk/homeowners which identifies them as a REHAU Authorised Partner and which they can personalise with enhanced details about their company and the range of products and services they offer.

The aim of this is to standardise the information which consumers receive about each of the Dealers they are linked to via the website, whilst at the same time strengthening the REHAU Authorised Partners brand. It will also be possible to provide a further onward link from this page to fabricators’ and installers’ own websites.

Wolfgang Gorner adds: “The landing page service is an extra free enhancement available only to REHAU Authorised Partners which will enable them to highlight their product range for example or, if they are a trade fabricator, to communicate the fact that they can provide a list of preferred installers to homeowners.

“It is very simple to administer and customers can develop their page on line via a password protected area on the REHAU website. The REHAU Marketing Communications team is providing full support to customers as they join the REHAU Authorised partner programme and is advising on the use of the logo as well as on how to complete the profile sections on the landing pages.

“We are very excited about this whole initiative – it gives our customers a real competitive advantage in linking them with REHAU in a more direct way than has ever been possible previously and at the same time provides them with guaranteed access to consumer enquiries direct from our website.”

The REHAU Authorised Partner scheme is free to join and is available both to REHAU fabricators and to their nominated list of installers. Further details are available from REHAU’s Marketing Communications team on: 01989 762750 or via email to: Irene.Smith@rehau.com
