Project Announcement – Trend Marine

In the UK they are the clear market leader supplying some 70% of the marine windows and glazing used by Britain’s best known luxury boat builders.

Privacy Smartglass is ideal for marine interiors where space utilisation is a core feature of design. Privacy Smartglass, when turned ‘ON’, is translucent providing a sense of space and openness. When it is turned ‘OFF’, Privacy Smartglass is opaque thus allowing complete privacy whilst still letting natural light permeate throughout the space. Privacy Smartglass by Smartglass International also has an ingress protection rating of X7 which means it has been tested fully submerged underwater with no defects – always important in marine environments!
