We are pleased to confirm Probuild has signed a design and construction contract to complete phase two of the Greenland Centre in Sydney.

The 235-metre residential building at 115-119 Bathurst Street will be the tallest in Sydney, feature 479 apartments and include a 2,000 square metre Creative Hub leased for 99-years to the City of Sydney.

“Probuild has several high profile projects across Victoria, NSW, Queensland and WA, including The Towers and Ritz Carlton Hotel at Elizabeth Quay in Perth.

They are a very capable company, with solid experience in high-rise, and will be a good fit with ours,” said Mr Sherwood Luo, Managing Director of Greenland Australia

“Greenland Australia is very pleased to partner with Probuild to deliver the Greenland Centre Sydney project.

We will work collaboratively to solve the unique design and interface challenges that come with a build of this size.

Most importantly, we have a shared vision of the program timetable and will deliver Sydney CBD’s tallest and most prestigious apartment tower together.”

We are extremely excited to commence work on this iconic Sydney project. Read our joint media release with Greenland Australia here.
