This year the focus is on Polycentric Cities: The Future of Vertical Urbanism, a theme that will be discussed through a prestigious panel of plenary sessions of keynote speakers, symposiums and parallel tracks on different aspects of high-rise buildings.
The Group participation to the CTBUH International Conference aims at presenting the technical innovations developed by the Group in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency as well as safety and acoustic performances.
Permasteelisa Group will be protagonist in the Tall Building Façades Symposium, and bring its unquestioned leading knowledge about the evolution of tall building façades and their complex and multi-dimensional role with respect to contemporary skyscrapers.
Mr. Marcus Varney - Regional COO Middle East - will chair the session dedicated to "New Frontiers in Façade Design", while Mr. Bert van de Linde - Group Technology Executive - will give a lecture during the panel discussion “Critical Issues in High-Rise Façade Design”.
A booth set up by Permasteelisa will host a 1:1 scale mock-up of the "100 Mount Street" project in Sydney; this is the second ever project in Australia using the mfree-SCCF façade technology. Moreover, there will be a few samples of a brand new development in terms of Blast Enhanced Façade: the "dissipative brackets".
