NOVUS Glass Welcomes New Oklahoma City Franchise Michael Tebow

Date: 19 October 2012

Minneapolis, MN, NOVUS Glass, the inventor of windshield repair, is proud to welcome Michael Tebow as the new owner of the Oklahoma City NOVUS Glass.

As a long-time resident of Edmond, Oklahoma, Michael and his family value the strong personal and business relationships they have built throughout the area. Through Michael’s father Ed’s involvement in the community, his family got to know former NOVUS Oklahoma City Franchisee Steven Lerdall. When Ed heard of the news that Steven, due to a medical condition, needed to sell his NOVUS franchise he felt that Michael would be the best person to take over the business.

Formerly a member of the United States Navy, Michael left the service after four years and returned home to start a career in the medical field as a Phlebotomist. He enjoyed working in this field, but after getting married and starting a family he started to look for a career with more flexibility. “It is very important to my wife and I that our children do not need to go to a child care facility. A business of my own allows me the opportunity to be with my children while their mother is working,” stated Michael.

When the NOVUS business opportunity was presented to him, he spent some time with Steven to get a feel of the business. After doing some additional research on owning a NOVUS Franchise, Michael came to the conclusion that NOVUS would be a great company to work for. He quickly scheduled his NOVUS training and was soon out in the field.

“The Customer Always Comes First,” is Michael’s business philosophy. His goal is to get to all his customers as soon as possible. He does not want to keep his customers waiting. Everyday Michael strives to ensure all his customers are happy with the quality of service they received and that they leave with a positive experience. A fully functional mobile business, Oklahoma City NOVUS Glass takes every opportunity to exceed their customers’ needs, whether it is working directly with their insurance company or scheduling same day service. “We at NOVUS are excited to have Michael Tebow as our newest epresentative in Oklahoma”, said Keith Beveridge, Senior Vice President of NOVUS, Inc. “Michael brings the skill set and business experience needed to be a successful NOVUS franchisee. We know that his contributions will be a positive representation of NOVUS’ high standards of technical and customer service”. Michael is proud to continue on the high quality auto glass service provided by Steven and looks forward to growing the business even further.
