Glass World Exhibition Cairo- Egypt will be held biennially ( every two years in Egypt)Since the launch of the exhibition "Glass World" in 2007 Cairo- Egypt, it is going from strength to strength each year, cementing to be the leading exhibition in Egypt and the Middle East for the glass industry and technology.

Therefore, (Glass World Exhibition Cairo- Egypt) will be held biennially (every two years) therefore, next Cairo- Egypt Event will be in April 2012 (Glass World 2012 the 6th international Exhibition for Glass Technology and Glass Products).The new 2 yearly profile of the event will mean that in future, there will be sufficient time between investment plans to be made and projects to start production, in addition to present new technology rather than the previous exhibition edition as well as it will be more attractive for more professional potential visitors

The trade volume between Egypt and Sudan reached $ 573 million in 2008, where Egyptian exports to Sudan about 532.5 million U.S. dollars, the most important Sudanese imports from Egypt are glass products.

There is a large gap in Sudanese market between locally glass production in Sudan and what actually they need , which forcing Sudan to import from aboard.

They need all kind of glass specially flat glass to suitable for urban revolution that taking place now in Sudan Sudan witnessing evolution in many fields and it is In the process of development and economic growth, made it the focus of the world and the new target.

Therefore, the exhibition will provide a strategic platform for buyers and sellers doing business directly. And also an ideal meeting point for manufacturers, distributors and suppliers from different Countries , representatives from all key sectors in the field for Glass Industries.
