New European soda ash producers' website launched

Cefic sector group Esapa, the European Soda Ash Producers Association, announced today the launch of its first-ever public website – http://www.esapa.eu.

The site was built to improve the group’s visibility with the general public by explaining its activities.

The site provides a brief explanation of how soda ash is used as a raw material in the manufacture of glass products, such as bottles, flat glass, glass wool and tableware. It also notes how it is used  directly or indirectly as a constituent in powder and tablet versions of household laundry and dish detergents.
