Architecture Forum - series of events dedicated to architects, realized in cooperation with the Poland’s Chamber of Architects (IARP). Part of the Forum was Strada Di Architettura 2.0 - Special tour path for architects and designers, serving to show a direct link between artists and industry architecture. The Forum is also continuing debate between architects and developers, to participate which this year invited a very important link in the entire decision-making process - officials.

Guests also had the opportunity to listen and talk to one of the greatest and most unconventional contemporary architects Professore Renato Rizzi. Winner of many prestigious awards in architectural competitions, the author of Tokyo Opera House, La Viltette in Paris, designer of the Shakespeare Theatre in Gdansk gave a lecture on "Thought and shape: form of architecture".

BudShow - in Hall 3a from the first day of the fair visitors could see BudShow exposition - a stand-alone section of the energy efficient, autonomous house. Taking advantage of timber as a construction material but also one which gives great decorative possibilities both indoors and outdoors were crucial exhibition element. The implementation of the latest technologies makes it possible to save a lot of energy, yet keeping an interesting design. Pro-ecological and economical solutions are unquestionable assets of such a building. The design’s author is Tomasz Mielczynski, an architect of Build Green Design. Autonomous building will also be  part of the the Gardenia fair.

An absolute novelty in 2013 was BUDMA’s Test Zone - a "testing ground" of hardware and building materials. The pavilion 12 MTP arranged a special interactive presentation space for construction materials, in which each visitor could try the presented products under the supervision of specialists providing valuable tips.

PCV Window Factory Live - under this motto was hiding a full-scale, advanced equipment manufacturing park PVC windows in real time, using the best components presented during the WinDoor-tech fair. Related sections in the particular process set up a production line, reflecting the situation in the real plant, where there is a need for a dynamic response to events as they happen. Coordinators and technicians watch over the entire process. Thanks to a charity action “Let’s open the window on the world for children”, which runned together with Caritas of Cracow Archdiocese, the windows produced during the fair were given to the Day Support Post and Care Station in Wieliczka (Placówka Wsparcia Dziennego i Stacja Opieki), as well as to the construction of Multiethnic Children Village (Wieloetniczna Wioska Dziecieca).

Everything about sports facilities – CBS - the offers of companies participating in CBS Fair - Sports Facilities, Amenity Areas, Wellness & Spa certainly attracted a lot of interest of city and province, sports and leisure center representatives, hotel, lodging-house, and Spa center owners, leisure and sports area operators, sports clubs, school managers and administrators, developers and housing cooperatives, architects and designing offices, contractors, trade representatives as well as individual clients. CBS Fair was a unique opportunity to meet top producers and suppliers of materials and services dedicated to designing, financing, construction, and exploitation of sports and leisure centers. One of the many attractions and also the newest market product was a bike track, which attracted many "two wheels" fans. The track, which, thanks to the modular elements can be set up in almost any shape, perhaps soon will be a new attraction on the playgrounds of many Polish settlements.

Glass House at the Glass fair - meeting of the glass industry attracts crowds of visitors every year due to an ever wider range of applicability of glass in construction and interior design. Glass used in construction may in fact influence the reduction of energy consumption, can provide security against burglary, it can guarantee the comfort of reducing the noise inside, it can also serve as a modern, self-cleaning facades and exterior glazing (roofs, skylights, conservatories). Perfect for indoor as well as walls, railings, screens, stairs and floors. This year's edition of the fair presented yet another seemingly unattainable idea of the "Glass House". As demonstrated by architects of the Italian studio SANTAMBROGIOMILANO, in practice it is no longer impossible to build a house, created entirely from glass.

Block of Budma Fair presented also an innovative project of the Academy of Young Builder. The project is to transfer knowledge from the industry to the world of education and support for the teaching with information of the practical application of innovative products and construction technologies.
