Innovative Glass Exhibiting Its SPD-SmartGlass Products At AIA Long Island Product Fair

Date: 18 April 2013

Research Frontiers (Nasdaq: REFR) licensee Innovative Glass Corporation is exhibiting (booth 12C) its SPD-SmartGlass and other products for architectural applications at the AIA Long Island Chapter’s 11th Annual Product Fair being held April 18, 2013 at the Long Island Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Uniondale, New York.         Research Frontiers’ patented SPD-SmartGlass technology allows users to instantly change the tint of windows and other glazing products from clear to dark or anything in between.

SPD-Smart products block 99% of harmful UV radiation and allow users to control the heat, light and glare entering buildings, homes, vehicles, aircraft and boats. These distinctive features enhance individual comfort, increase security and improve energy efficiency.

Innovative Glass offers SPD-SmartGlass products and control solutions that are fabricated to meet each customer’s specific needs. Its SPD-Smart product line includes windows, skylights, interior partitions and doors for the commercial, industrial and residential markets. In addition to manual operation using conventional switches or smart phones, these SPD-Smart products also can be controlled automatically with photosensors and motion detectors.

“The AIA Product Fair gives Innovative Glass the opportunity to showcase our exciting SPD-SmartGlass solutions and other products to the designers, specifiers and contractors of Long Island,” commented Steve Abadi, Chairman and CEO of Innovative Glass. “We are seeing growing demand for our product line and we invite all members of the architectural community and their clients to visit us at this event.”

The AIA Long Island Chapter’s 11th Annual Product Fair is free to all architects, engineers, landscape architects, interior designers and contractors. Additional information about the Product Fair is available from the event website.
