FuseCube - World's most efficient protective coating application system for shower doors and more

Date: 29 May 2014

There is an exciting new machine that IGE is proud to promote this year. The name of this machine is the FuseCube™.

This is one of the most innovative new ideas for coating glass with hydrophobic materials.

This excitement is similar to the feeling I had when I discovered Forvet for the first time, over 20 years ago. The FuseCube™ reduces labor, handling and waste, and increases production and PROFITS. IGE is known for finding these new ways of doing things, and the FuseCube will further our place in history for finding these amazing solutions.

Please allow me a moment to introduce the FuseCube™.  This new system for coating glass was developed over the last decade from the Research & Development team at Diamon-Fusion International, an American company.

DFI is widely known around the world for its very popular spray applications. Their spray coating is applied by hand and while it works  well, it is far too slow and labor intensive for our average Forvet customer. Most of our valued Forvet customers produce about 100 shower  doors per day. Can you imagine hand-spraying a coating on this many doors per day? To me, this would be like hand washing versus automatic  glass washing. Could you imagine what it would be like to go back that  direction? Of course not, you'll never go back to hand-washing. Now you  never have to apply a coating by hand again either. With the FuseCube™, you can add a world-class coating to all of your products, almost labor free.
