Flat Glass Industries Ltd appointed Walter Carpenter as group chief executive officer and John Leslie Martin as company secretary on March 27, 2008.





Mr .Martin replaces David Philip Duke who has resigned as company secretary.



Nick O’Connor has ceased to be the group chief executive officer but will continue as group finance director and managing director of the Sydney glass operations.
