Diamon-Fusion International, Inc. (DFI Nanotechnology),  global developer and exclusive licensor of patented hydrophobic nanotechnologies, announced it has partnered with LiSEC Corporation to widen its offering of the DFI Clear-Fusion™ V coating line on LiSEC hydrophobic automatic coating machine, advancing the options for protective coating coverage for all glass manufacturers.

Utilizing one of DFI's protective coating lines with the LiSEC automated machinery, glass manufacturers can access an automated coating system to provide another effective method for coating glass, while providing a competitive advantage in the marketplace. DFI's flagship Diamon-Fusion® nanocoating will continue to be available through DFI in both vapor (CVD chamber system) and hand-applied forms thus DFI has positioned its unique product offering with unparalleled industrial flexibility.Coating machine

The highest quality hydrophobic nano-coatings on the market today, DFI coatings make glass surfaces easier to clean, protecting the glass from hard water stains, soap scum, mold, mildew and other harsh environmental elements, while creating a more hygienic surface, and eliminating the need for harmful cleaning chemicals, so less time is spent cleaning and maintaining a glass surface. In addition, the DFI coating also makes glass surfaces more scratch and impact resistant. DFI coatings can automatically be sprayed onto the surface during the production line process and is ideal for insulated glass units, shower enclosures, solar panels, windshields, glass railings and more.  The LiSEC hydrophobic coating machine is available in three different configurations for varying customer requirements and can easily integrate into existing manufacturing lines.

LiSEC Corporation  is an industry leader providing total solutions in the field of flat glass processing and finishing. With over 2,000 employees worldwide, LiSEC sets the standard in quality and technology for glass machinery. Its global presence with over 40 subsidiaries and representative offices enables rapid implementation of projects for all glass products.

Johann Weixlberger, director of new business development for LiSEC Corporation, stated: "Extending our hydrophobic coating machinery to include DFI superior protective coatings enhances our glass protection product options for automated manufacturing lines, giving our valued clients a distinct competitive advantage in the marketplace."

Guillermo Seta, corporate vice president and executive director of DFI, added: "This partnership with LiSEC adds an effective automated application to cover all our product lines in the glass manufacturing process. This is, however,  only the first step as we are collaborating with LiSEC to even further expand our industrial flexibility. As we continue to innovate, it is our goal to solidify our company as not only the world's leading coating supplier but a solutions-driven partner."
