CNPV Solar Power SA, a public limited liability company organized under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg  and a leading integrated manufacturer of solar photovoltaic products, announced today that they have signed a strategic agreement with Choice Solar Solutions of Nashville Tennessee USA.

Under the terms of the agreement Choice Solar Solutions will consume 30MWp of CNPV Premium range modules over a three year period. 5MWp will ship in 2011, 10MWp in 2012, and 15MWp in 2013. Their geographical region encompasses Tennessee, Alabama, and South Carolina.

Choice Solar Solutions is a Project Developer and EPC Company (Engineering Procurement & Construction), wholly owned by Choice Mechanical. With a remit to cost-effectively reduce our carbon footprint, the Choice Group are committed to improving the lives of their customers by making sustainable working and living practices accessible and affordable by introducing a complete package of financing, state of the art technologies, skilled installation and ongoing maintenance.

"We pride ourselves on the professional services we provide," stated Mr. Chris Dickinson, CEO of Choice Solar Solutions. "Our reputation is our most tangible asset and we protect it vehemently. Our choice of suppliers is wholly supportive of this fact, and as such we insist we procure and work with the best that is possible. With CNPV, we quickly established that their impressive claims were supported by independent testing and results. Their high density, cost effective power conversion was an obvious winner. Additionally, they fully understood that our needs were more than techno-commercial; they were also about service, communication and shared goals. After evaluation, they were a clear winner for us."

Mr B. Veerraju Chaudary, CNPV's COO and CTO on Choice Solar Solutions: "'If something is worth doing, it is worth doing well' is an age-old adage. After working with Choice Solar, we would now add, 'it is worth doing passionately.' The team's knowledge and enthusiasm are exemplary, with no question unasked, and no detail omitted; we could not ask for a better match to our requirements for the USA market. Their end to end solutions are ideally placed to deliver our Company to their discerning market."

As a result of the agreement, customers now have an increased potential to maximise their revenue from solar photovoltaics. With further smart designs to maximize the energy generating potential of the available space without compromising structural integrity, local ecosystems, or aesthetics, more power can be made from less space.
