The £65m investment at Green Park Business Arena will provide Reading with Grade A office accommodation. For commuters, the location provides ease of access to Heathrow and Central London, ideal for meetings and flights.
Green Park is home to 50+ companies with 7,000 employees, from start-ups to global headquarters, the addition of 2 new office blocks welcomes tenants alike. Prior to Clarke Facades starting on site, a mock-up panel of the key elements and interfaces was constructed at Clarke Offsite, the fabrication branch of the business, see below images.
Clarke Facades will complete the full building envelope comprising of key elements; Schueco curtain wall and NBK terracotta rainscreen cladding as shown below. The Project Management Team at Clarke Facades are excited to kick start works on site in November 2019 and look forward to viewing the progress of the façade over the upcoming months.
