Clarke Facades, one of the UK’s leading Building Envelope Contractors, manage, design, fabricate and install innovative facades for major construction projects within the UK and Ireland, targeting the Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Refurbishment and Residential sectors.

Having recently celebrated their 22nd year in business, Clarke Facades, currently based in Portglenone as well as operating from their London based office, have formed a reputation and level of service that their clients have come to rely on.

Tuesday 3rd April will mark an exciting move for Clarke Facades as the company will relocate offices from Portglenone to the Ecos Centre in Ballymena. The company’s success in their sector, their expansion and growth has initiated this move.

Their current site in Portglenone has been a credit to the company, Michael Clarke Senior initiated business as a screeding and flooring company in 1996. The company now operates as a top end façade contractor across the UK and Ireland with company turnover increasing significantly in the last 4 years.

In addition to the relocation of their office, Clarke Facades heavily invested in opening a fabrication facility near Portglenone to service the offsite and glazing markets. The fabrication facility includes a 5-Axis CNC machine, enabling the company to double the capacity of their fabrication process, leading to the employment of high skilled workers and sustained growth in this industry.

Endeavouring to be the number one Building Envelope Contractor, Clarke Facades use their unique and innovative approach, work ethic and commitment in providing a high-quality service.

Eugene Clarke, Managing Director comments “At Clarke Facades our people are our greatest asset and we strive on cultivating a happy and motivating workforce. With 29 years’ experience we made our name as an expert in the wet trades industry, specialising in plastering and screeds. However, a successful company only remains successful by diversifying, and after completing a number of facades projects this became an area that has been continually developed, moving us away from the wet trade industry and rebranding our company”.

What’s ahead for Clarke Facades? Mark Wiggins, Business Development and Marketing Manager comments “As a business we continue to grow in line with our company strategy, we plan to take on larger projects across the UK and Ireland, create new openings for local employment of highly skilled workers and invest significantly in our staff.  Our new fabrication facility and relocation of our office will facilitate this”.

From Tuesday 3rd April, Clarke Facades will operate from their new address: Ecos Centre, Kernohans Lane, Ballymena, BT43 7QA. Their telephone number remains the same- +44 (0)28 2582 2500.
