Clarke Facades are delighted to announce another partnership with McAleer & Rushe on Belfast’s latest student accommodation projects.

Clarkes have secured both the new build accommodation schemes on College Avenue and McClintock Street for Queens University Belfast.

These large-scale student accommodation projects give Clarke Facades an opportunity at a local level to showcase and highlight their skills on both projects through completion of both building envelope packages.

The student accommodation at College avenue is purpose built and comprises of 476 bedrooms and the McClintock street accommodation accommodates 804 student residences. The development will help with the current lack of student accommodation in Belfast and should be completed for Summer 2017.

Mark Wiggins Business Development & Marketing Manager commented “We are thrilled to have partnered with McAleer & Rushe on both projects. These projects add to our growing portfolio of student accommodations completed in the last number of years and we are delighted to have the opportunity to utilise our skills particularly with the development and investment of our local landscape. The construction market in Belfast seems to be showing positive signs of growth and we are glad to play our part in it”
