Apogee Enterprises to Host Annual Meeting Webcast, First Quarter Conference Call/Webcast

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. announced that Russell Huffer, chairman, president and chief executive officer, will host the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. on Tuesday, June 17 at 10 a.m.

Central Daylight Time (11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time). The meeting will be held at the Thrivent Financial Building Auditorium, 625 Fourth Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota. In addition, the approximately hour-long meeting will be webcast live over the Apogee Web site.

To listen to the live annual meeting webcast over the internet, go to the Apogee Web site at http://www.apog.com and then click on "investor relations" followed by the webcast link at the top of that page at least 15 minutes early to register, download and install any necessary audio software. For those who cannot listen to the live broadcast, a portion of the webcast will be archived on the company's Web site at the same location.

Huffer will also host a live conference call and real-time webcast to discuss the company's first quarter results and operations on Tuesday, June 17 at 2 p.m. Central Daylight Time (3 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time). The call will last approximately one hour. First quarter results will be released after the market closes on June 16.
