October 13 -- Changzhou Almaden Stock (002623) debuted on the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Board (SME Board) today, reports nbd.com.

The company is a producer of PV coated glass and anti-reflective PV glass, and is engaged in the research and development of PV glass coating material technology.



Almaden Stock issued 40 million shares in its initial public offering at an issuance price of 38 yuan per share, raising 1.52 billion yuan. The corresponding price earnings ratio was 28.36 times earnings.



Following its initial public offering, the company will have a total share capital of 160 million shares.



The company's total sales volume of anti-reflective PV glass and the processed volume of PV coating totaled 17.05 million square meters in 2010, accounting for 18.5 percent of the global market.



Shares of the company rose 1.32 percent to trade at 38.55 yuan at 13:57 today.
