Fangxing Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange Symbol 600552) was listed on November 8, 2002. The company engages in the production of float glass, CVD online coating film glass and ITO conductive film glass.

Among them, ITO conductive film glass is widely used in LCD, plasma screen, vacuum fluorescence screen, and solar battery board. All the products of the company are exported. However, super-thin raw glass piece and target materials , the raw materials of ITO conductive film glass, all depend on import. Another leading product of the company is CVD online coating float glass. This kind has been honored as the Brand Name of Anhui Province.

The financing will be divided into 3 parts:

1. investing RMB 135 million to set up ITO conductive film glass production line with an annual output of 6 million pieces;

2. putting RMB 43.51 million into online coating float glass production line with an annual output of 2 million square meters;

3. investing RMB 52.82 million to set up a superior silicon raw material base with an annual output of 300,000 tons.
