AluK is pleased to announce that four of our aluminium building systems have been chosen for a prestigious scheme in Dubai.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District One is one of the most high-profile building projects in Dubai, bringing together an ambitious variety of attractions and residences, completed by beautiful lagoons, beaches, and parks.

The design includes The Mall of the World, the largest swimming pool on the planet, and a selection of breath-taking villas.

From the start of the project, AluK was at the top of the list of systems suppliers, as we were able to provide the detailed technical expertise a project of this scale requires.

Our SC95TT slider system, specifically customised for this project, was preferred for 280 of these villas, which will benefit from the sleek sightlines and high performance our aluminium building systems provide. The residences will also incorporate our 62TTE window, 63TT door, and SL50 curtain wall systems.

The villas showcase three different types of architecture: Modern Arabic, Mediterranean, and Contemporary, all embodying luxury and relaxation.

The Modern Arabic villas boast an arabesque feel, while the Mediterranean villas take inspiration from Italy, Greece, and Spain for their dramatic arches and courtyards. The Contemporary villas offer minimalist spaces with natural materials and shades of grey.

Discover this innovative development, described as ‘the definition of luxury’, here.
