ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a Minneapolis-based damaged vehicle repair company, announced today the opening of their twelfth repair center in Colorado.

This newly-constructed facility, located at 10120 Grant Street in Thornton, brings the total of ABRA repair centers to eighty-nine in ten states.

"ABRA has been operating in Colorado since late 1997 when we started with two acquired repair centers," stated Rollie Benjamin, ABRA's Chief Executive Officer. "Throughout this time we have developed close relationships with our insurance partners and their insureds which have led to ABRA now owning and operating twelve centers in the Denver/Colorado Springs markets. ABRA is committed to expansion in Colorado, and this location will continue to provide our customers with the best possible collision repair experience."

This fully air conditioned prototype center consists of 18,000 square feet and utilizes state-of-the art collision repair equipment, including a Blackhawk KJ Full Frame Rack, a Shark Ultrasonic Frame Measuring System, and a USI Master Downdraft Paint Booth.

According to David Call, Vice President ABRA-Colorado, "The entire ABRA-Colorado team is extremely excited about the opening of ABRA's newest repair center. Along with collision repair, ABRA-Thornton will offer paintless dent removal, and auto glass repair and replacement."

When fully staffed, the repair center will employ a General Manager, two Customer Service Managers/Estimators, a Customer Service Rep, a Parts Manager, four Body Technicians with one Apprentice, two Painters with one Prepper, and two Quality Service Technicians.
