About the job: This position is responsible for providing technical software support to clients answering complex questions on function and usage. Work assignments include monitoring, documenting, and managing the resolution process for inquiries received via telephone calls, e-mail, or web in a timely manner, while effectively communicating status with the client to maintain a high rate of customer satisfaction. Additionally, set priority based on type of inquiry and identifies inquiries which may require follow-up and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise. Provide software training and support via remote online sessions with clients.

In addition to having excellent customer service skills, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and a strong orientation to serving our clients.


4-year degree
2+ years’ experience directly supporting software applications
Basic understanding of programming logic
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong telephone skills and active listening
Detail Oriented
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively among several clients

Additional Qualifications (but not required):

Manufacturing process and business workflow knowledge
Familiarity with ERP systems
Knowledge in Database Design and/or SQL
Knowledge with any programming language(s) such as, C#, C++ or equivalent
Experience in Customer Service call center
Foreign language skills
