The mission of this new group, headquartered in Colorado, will be the achievement of cutting edge solutions to answer the needs of design architects, fagade consultants and structural engineers for the use of Pilkington point supported structural glass design.

The new division will augment the company's use of affiliate engineers located in Toronto, Canada as well as the entire Pilkington engineering team in the UK. "We felt Colorado was the perfect central location for our new division as we continue to expand our Pilkington Planar distribution operation throughout North America " added Haber.
Having recently engineered the largest vertical cable tension and glass fin structure in the U.S., at the newly completed Time Warner Center in Manhattan, as well as the unprecedented curving steel and cable supported roof at the Brooklyn Museum of Art, W&W Engineering will utilize similar technology at the site of the new Calamos Investments headquarters in Naperville, Illinois.
W & W's engineers have extensive experience with dynamic systems including the use of point supported glass for blast and seismic applications and non-linear tension systems.
