‘World’s first’ leaded glass furnace operational in UK

WEEE recycler SWEEEP Kuusaksoki has installed the ‘world’s first’ glass furnace capable of recovering pure glass and lead from leaded cathode ray tube (CRT) glass, at its facility in Sittingbourne, Kent.
