People are always looking for ways to save money in tough economic times.But ignoring a chipped or cracked windshield can be costly, dangerous and cost motorists a ticket if the damage obscures a driver’s vision.

Turner, who lost $26,000 when he tried to buy a mobile home last summer, said he understands the difficulty of living on a tight budget. A Lake City man was arrested and charged with grand theft, fraud and larceny in mid September after Turner and a White Springs woman paid for mobile homes they never received and filed complaints with law enforcement officials.
