How do you redesign a narrow bathroom measuring only about four square metres in such a way that the room has the feel of a wellness oasis? This question was solved by Marion Schütz from KücheBadProfi and the shower consultants from CLIMAplus-SECURIT partner Glas Reidel, with a trick: The glass shower walls are flexible and if required can be folded against the wall.  After the renovation, there is ample storage space alongside and beneath the washbasin.

The shower now has a drain level with the floor. The glazed, slightly over two metres high shower walls made of 8 mm thick SGG SECURIT safety glass are frameless, handles are also dispensed with. The partition wall to the toilet is half fixed and half is foldable. The glass partition to the washbasin consists of two flexible elements which can be folded to the wall. Thus, on the one hand, the room is spacious when the shower is not in use, but on the other, there is a spacious shower for everyday use.
