On June 27, Board Chairman of Vnesheconombank Vladimir Dmitriev and Manager of the project “Kama Crystal Technology” Leonid Anisimov singed a loan agreement in the presence of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in Naberezhnye Chelny.
