HKS Architects, based in Dallas, was given the task of designing the first office building to occupy the planned 3.2-acre site on the Dallas North Tollway, in the fast growing suburb of Addison.

Capped by a steel halo that stretches 97 feet in diameter, the Millennium Tower is recognizable for miles. Vistawall Architectural Products provided CW-600, CW-900 and CW-250 curtain wall systems for the 14-story project. The lower levels of the tower were designed in a rectangular shape, while the top four stories are rounded.

The CW-600 and CW-400 systems are vertical silicone-glazed, I-beam systems that allow glazing from the interior. The CW-900 also accommodates granite panels as infills.
