UV CURING SERIES SAOSA UV curing resin is one component, ready to use liquid, you do not have to mix any catalyst before using it. And it takes only about 30-50 minutes to cure it by UV ray, which means you can either cure it directly under sunlight or in a UV light oven.
There are 3 types of UV curing resin to meet you different applications: UV-S: For general architectural laminated glass, with high transparency rate, in low viscosity UV-H: For architectural laminated glass, with high impact resistant strength UV-B: For bulletproof laminated glass IR CURING SERIES SAOSA IR resin is a two component liquid and cured by heat. The curing temperature is less than 100℃ in a heat curing furnace. It can laminate all glass that UV resin can do and also can laminate those opaque glass, glass with inserts in very high production rate. The finished glass has the same quality as PVB laminated glass while with much higher transparency rate and longer lifetime.
