Specifically, the UGSC is seeking proposals to answer the fundamental question: Where and how do flaws nucleate in glass? Opportunity: Proof of concept research and development anticipated. Timeline:Proposals will be considered to support graduate level research. Financials:Investment will be commensurate with project scope, but is anticipated to be in the range of $60,000-$110,000/year. - Responddent's capabilities and related experience
- Realism of the prop[osed plan and cost estimates
