Uniglass Engineering continues its business as an independent part of the safety glass technology business of Kyro Group, a financially solid, international and growth-oriented technology group.
Kyro's strategy is to focus primarily on growing the company's glass processing machine business both internally and through possible acquisitions. The acquisition of Uniglass Engineering is in line with the strategy of the Kyro Group.

Following up on the Kyro-Uniglass acquisition, all the shares of Uniglass Engineering have been fully acquired by Kyro Corporation.
