Tvitec buy a majority stake in the window group Cristalerías Soler

The Tvitec group dedicated to the transformation of high-quality glass for both architectural building and other uses, has completed the purchase of a majority stake in the company Levantine Cristalerías Soler.

This company was founded in 1973, currently has a staff of 70 employees and has 36,000 square meters of industrial production plant , divided into two work centers Promote Villena and one in the industrial area " Bulilla " .The group Soler , one of the highlights of the sector in Spain , has had numerous works both nationally and internationally.

 

Buying Soler is part of the expansion plans and expansion of productive capacity Tvitec , company that owns the largest center for glass processing of Spain in berciana town Cubillos del Sil (León ) , where it will invest this year more than six million in new equipment , especially in the implementation of a tempering furnace to manufacture glasses that will allow up to 12 meters long, unique in the Spanish market in Europe and practically .

Tvitec employs 200 workers at its production center Bayo industrial estate , close to Ponferrada. Last year a turnover of 43 million euros, 10 % more than the previous, and destined to the international market 60% of its production, where it is present in the supply of glass for architectural highlights , like in Spain .
