Architects, engineers, façade consultants and glass processors have participated and submitted projects. These were evaluated by an international jury of experts - separated into the categories Trosifol® PVB and SentryGlas® - and the winners were chosen. During the international glass fair "glasstec 2018" in Düsseldorf, the lucky winners and their projects will then be presented to the public.
Trosifol™ will once again present a spectacular architecture at the fair, presenting the broadest product portfolio of glass interlayers worldwide to glass processors and planners / architects worldwide. "Automotive glazing", which technologically often takes on a leading role in other areas and should also provide impetus for architectural glazing over the next few years, will be given special significance this year.
New and published for the first time at "glasstec 2018" is a comprehensive product brochure especially for glass laminators. It not only provides an overview of all Trosifol products for innovative laminated glass solutions, but also contains all key performance indicators, test results, physical properties and dimensions as well as performance comparisons of the individual products - both PVB and ionoplast films.
A small highlight will be the presentation of the product portfolio in the form of an augmented reality application developed by Trosifol™ together with the Fraunhofer FIT Institute in Birlinghoven near Bonn.
