Thermalsun Glass Buys Vacant Facility for $7.1M

Insulated glass provider Thermalsun Glass purchased the industrial facility at 3950 Brickway Blvd. in Santa Rosa, CA, from a joint venture of Panattoni Development Co. and Carlsen Investments LLC for $7.1 million, or about $100 per square foot.





Thermalsun plans to expand its operations to the 71,686-square-foot building, known as Building D in the Airport Corporate Center, from 3250 Brickway.



Delivered in 2001, the building has never been occupied and is currently in shell condition. It features a 24-foot clear height, two loading docks and two drive-in bays. The buyer intends to build-out approximately 10,000 square feet of office space.



Gil Saydah of Keegan & Coppin Co. Inc.-ONCOR represented the buyer. Glen Dowling and Chris Neeb of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the seller. This was the buyer's upleg in a 1031 exchange.
