Sandy, Utah — On Friday June 18, 2010 — Techna Glass of Sandy, Utah announced a partner agreement with GTS Services for the use of GlasPac®LX software and services.

Techna Glass chose GlasPacLX and the services of GTS in an effort to improve overall corporate efficiencies and empower them to grow into new target markets.

Techna Glass is currently operating in five markets and plans to expand substantially through 2010 and 2011, increasing both the number of customers in existing markets and penetrating new geographic markets for diversifying revenue streams. Techna Glass will implement GlasPacLX in its existing 15 retail locations immediately.

“By adding GlasPacLX to our operational processes, our employees are much more efficient in booking appointments and managing inventory—saving us time and money,” said Troy Mason, Founder/President of Techna Glass, “For what we spent in the past on software development time, we can now invest in our core business and ensure we reach our profitability targets.”

GTS Services has over 26 years experience in providing software and business service support to the retail and wholesale glass industry. GlasPacLX is a comprehensive software system to handle the complete lifecycle of TechnaGlass’s client base—from call center to point-of-sale, purchasing and payment processing through to costing and inventory management.

“GlasPacLX is hands down the best software in the glass industry. As much as we made great strides in creating our own proprietary software, we simply found that the GTS customer support team and GlasPacLX is a winning combination. The level of professionalism and knowledge inside GTS is second to none,” continued Mason.

“The glass industry is unique, and it is all we do inside GTS. We are proud that successful, competent businesses like Techna Glass continue to turn to us for efficiency with both technology and business processes,” said Mike Jones, President of GTS. “Techna Glass understands the demands of their customers and they can continue to service their needs with ease.”
