Taiwan Glass Ind. Corp. was founded in 1964. Through over four decades’ development, Taiwan Glass has become a world famous manufacturer of float glass.

In order to rapidly expand its business in the Mainland, Taiwan Glass set up Taiwan Glass China Holding Ltd. in 1993, so as to rapidly expand and occupy the newly rising market which is the largest, the nearest and the most vigorous. In 2002 and 2007, Taiwan Glass respectively put one production line of high-quality float glass into production, with daily melting capacity of 700T and 900T respectively.

By far, Taiwan Glass China Holding Ltd. has set up many float glass companies and glass fiber companies in other regions in the Mainland. The annual turnover of Taiwan Glass has reached 950 million US dollars, and it has become one of the World Top Ten Manufacturers of Float Glass.

Regardless of the continuing financial crisis, the glass deep processing business of Taiwan Glass goes against the stream and its business volume is multiplied several times compared with last year; with the determination of Taiwan Glass’s plan to establish one production line of LOW-E coated glass respectively in Chengdu, Tianjin and South China, its purchase of relatively top equipment for glass deep processing is on tight schedule!

For Taiwan Glass, Landglass tempering equipment surely is its first choice! The jet heating furnace manufactured by Landglass has been well-known in this industry, and its design reasonableness, technical maturity and product stability all enable it to be the first choice for tempering LOW-E coated glass, and the forced convectional equipment with the largest global sales amount! All these are the preconditions that Landglass opened the door of Taiwan Glass again!

At the beginning of August, without any suspense, Landglass and Taiwan Glass Chengdu signed another purchase agreement for one flat/bent bidirectional forced convectional tempering equipment, which boosted both parties to a new step!
