Safety combined with an attractive finish - that was the challenge met by Stratobel Impression. This new glass not only meets the standard safety criteria but also makes it possible to incorporate different images into various types of glass.
Images and patterns are printed on polyvinyl butyral (PVB) sheets using two different methods, silk-screen printing or digital printing, and then inserted between the panes of glass. Another size-related benefit: this attractive glass can be set in both façades and internal walls and can therefore be used just as easily indoors as it can outdoors. The effects can also be varied further by using coloured or matt PVB sheets.
