The Management of Stoelzle Masnières Parfumerie today confirms its intention to launch a new production line for the Perfume & Cosmetics business in early November 2015.This new capacity will involve the recruitment of an additional 10 additional operators over and above the original recovery plan communicated in April 2015.
Management confirms its goal of making Masnières a center of excellence within the Stoelzle Group and has launched its expansion based on three key pillars of the current transformation plan:
•Offering continuous improvement in customer performance to accelerate the development of new projects and new high-end “flacons” for the Perfume & Cosmetics segment;
• Industrial optimization of 4 production lines and the development of key technical competences; and
•Improved performance and lower costs.
This new step in revitalising the glass production at the Masnières plant is part of an industrial modernization process and improvement of general working conditions launched in May 2015. These investments will continue in 2016 and later years, leveraging its integration within the STÖLZLE Group and greater responsiveness of its teams to customer requests.
The Management will carry out this project in a spirit of partnership with all the key Regional Agencies, its Customers, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Social Partners.
